Cancellation & No-Show Policy Late Cancellation Fee: 50% of the service booked No-Show Fee: 100% of the service booked Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee. If you’re unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, please contact me as soon as possible. If availability allows, a same-day reschedule may waive the cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service. This fee is not transferable to future appointments. A valid card on file is required to book any appointment. If you prefer not to keep a card on file, a non-refundable deposit must be submitted in advance via Venmo or Apple Pay in order to confirm your appointment.
