Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & LATE FEE ARE 50% OF SERVICES BOOKED. NO SHOW FEE IS 100% OF SERVICES BOOKED. Please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior. If it is within the 24 hour window, the appointment cannot be changed. At this point, please reach out via text as soon as possible. If we are able to move the appointment to a different time on the same day, the cancellation fee can be avoided. A fee will be charged if this is not possible. If the card is declined for any reason, this client will not be able to make future appointments until this fee is collected. An up-to-date card is required when booking an appointment. If a no show occurs, 100% of services booked will be charged and a new appointment must be made. This fee does not go towards the new appointment. There is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. This 5 minute grace period requires all clients to be AT THE DOOR OF OUR STUDIO by the 5 minute mark. If you arrive at my door at the 6 minute mark or later, we reserve the right to mark as a no show or reduce services. Please keep in mind that the time allotted for services do not take tardiness into account. This is so there is time available to all clients. Please be respectful of everyone’s time.
